Cleaned underneath the hood. Not the outside. Left residue on range surface and tile back-splash. Job took a total of 45 minutes yet I was told it was "worse than they thought". Charged an additional $50 for a total of $400. Spoke to his boss who was an arrogant phony running his carnival barker scam on me. Would never recommend this company which by the way has 2 or 3 different names.

Shawn was on time and worked efficiently. He did a great job cleaning the hood and kept the rest of the kitchen clean while he cleaned the hood. He checked his work when he was done. I was happy with the service provided

We liked the service. Shawn did a good job cleaning our kitchen hood and dryer vents. But it was a very expensive service. The whole job was completed in one and a half hours and we paid $500. There is no material cost involved or any deep technical expertise. Update 3/30/20 - Received a text message from Shawn regarding this review and he was not polite. I hope he does a better job pricing his jobs going forward and treat his customers properly.
