Shawn is meticulous, courteous, extremely hard-working, and possesses a professional, customer-centric attitude. He went above and beyond the call of duty in cleaning my vent hood, repairing lights above the range and in the oven, and even the oven also. Everything is sparkling and looks like new. Shawn's communication before and leading up to the service was exemplary, using text messages, emails, and phone calls. I would recommend Shawn to anyone and plan on calling on him again for maintenance of my unit.

Shawn did a wonderful job cleaning my Wolf stove/oven after 12 years of neglect. It gleamed. I am thrilled and highly recommend Shawn's work. He left the kitchen cleaner than he found it. He is also very pleasant to deal with and clearly cares a lot about the quality of his work.

Shawn did an outstanding job cleaning my gas stove top, oven, range hood and fans. The appliances are 8 years old and get a lot of use, but Shawn was able to make them look like brand new. I am going to schedule him to come back in the future for regular cleanings. Customer Service was also great, he came out to the house to quote the job and even brought me a Dunkin Donuts coffee on the day of the job, which was a nice touch.
