Reviews
Write a ReviewOur In-law apartment looks beautiful, I will absolutely work with them again.
Working with this company was a nightmare. The foreman, Elias, was unresponsive, did not show up when he was planning to, did not listen to our requests, and frequently tried to cut corners or just not do parts of the project all together-and when we would ask him to complete those parts he would try to tell us it would cost us more money. The project also took weeks beyond what they told us. We never knew when someone would be coming by. We were given terrible excuses ranging from the weather (this was an indoor project and they had access to the garage for any work they needed to do) to having the supplies be on backorder (they literally went to Home Depot the day of). The crew and the Alta staff themselves were phenomenal and we hired based on this - had I know we would be working with Elias I would have never hired them. Beware. UPDATE 10/25: After seeing this review, Elias tried to get my husband to have me change it, and also claimed I had sworn in the review which is clearly untrue, as if my husband had not read and agreed with my review. Elias, who turns out is the VP of Operations, never spoke with me and did not address this with me directly. Ed, the CEO, also called and made plans to come to our home to see the work that was done and discuss our experience. The day Ed was supposed to come, I received a text that he needed to charge his Tesla and traffic was too bad to come. He asked when we were next available, and then after I responded I never heard from him or anyone ever again. The *only* good part of this company was working with the construction crew themselves. It is fortunate my husband and I speak Spanish because we were able to talk with the crew to get what we needed done, as it seemed no one told them much or they were given wrong information. Do not use this company.
100% satisfied with the work, it extended a couple of mo the from what we thought but I'm very pleased, we love the house.
I am so glad I hired this company! They are great!
