Americas Choice Roofing

I was completely satisfied with their service but this winter discovered a leak and have tried to contact them but they have not responded. The problem might not even be their fault but I need them to come and look and help me with a solution. They were easy to work with at the beginning and I liked the results but now that I am experiencing a problem, I cannot get a response.

We had America’s Choice put a new metal roof on our home in Bozeman. We couldn’t be more happy with what they did to our homes roof. The crews that were sent to us were outstanding. The first crew removed the old shingles in one day and did such a good job cleaning up that we couldn’t even tell that they had been there! The next crew came in the next day with Jack as their foreman. These guys and gals are the hardest working bunch I’ve ever witnessed. Extremely professional. America's Choice customer service was highly responsive from the bid process to hiring. The contract was clear, and scheduling happened within 3-4 weeks. I wish we could have had more communication when it came to choosing the metal color/finish. However, the color that was chosen ended up being great. The crew was amazingly quick, hard-working (through even windy and rainy conditions on a couple of the days), and courteous. Materials were delivered on a Monday, and by the end of the day on Thursday, the project was all done! (Tear down of asphalt shingle roof, complete reroof with 26 gauge standing seam metal roof). We are very happy with our new roof!

They kept us informed as to when they could install the roofing and also let us know if there was a delay. They were quick and finished by 3:00 pm in the afternoon.
