    Great communication, follow through and timely in completing the repair of the ice maker in my refrigerator.

    Repairman did not check to see if ice maker was turned on. Did not check value. Said ice maker was problem. Ordered on. Came back and installed ice maker. Still not working. Checked valve, said that was problem. Had to order. Returned and installed valve. Still no water going to ice maker. He had to call boss several time while he worked. My wife suggested unplugging refrigerator and plugging back in. Reinstalled old ice maker, and said problem was value. Now said working. He left. Did not put back plate on back of refrigerator and left it where was, not put back in place. Water hose on bottom was left exposed. I waited a couple of hours and still no water. Called and 3 workers came back. Did fix exposed hose and removed some ice from line. Ice maker then filled with water. They did complete work and ice maker is working, but entire experience was stressful.

    If I could give 10 stars I would. He communicated to me the time frame he would arrive at the home and he came as promised. I would recommend Joe to anyone who needs appliance repair. I will use him in the future should any appliance needs service.

    they promised to fix my wash machine and they did for very low fees this young man knew what he was doing :) I will hire them again. I thought I had to buy a new one now I do not :)

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
