Being a caregiver for someone with incontinence, when my dryer broke, it was an emergency situation for me. I called ARS in the Am and they contacted Brandon who then contacted me shortly after and made it to see me by early afternoon and had the dryer diagnosed and the part with him and repaired in less than half an hour. Brandon was personable, professional and expedient. Many thanks.

They were quick to come out to help, but expensive. The part I needed was only $22.00, but my bill came to $211.00 with the service call and labor. They were professional and got the job done.

Our washing machine was giving a no Drain error code and would stop working mid-cycle. Service Tech came, ran a rinse-spin cycle, declared it fixed and charged us more than was quoted on the phone until I asked about the difference in amounts, adjusted the bill and left. So, we ran a wash cycle, again - No Drain Code. He came back and replaced the pump. At this point we are into this $400.00. Ran a wash cycle - again no drain - and now it leaks! It never leaked before! We called and he could not make it back for five days! After checking online - we found message boards where others had to replace the mother board. So, we did a search and found that Samsung no longer makes the parts for a ten year old washer. I am sure had I kept calling ARS - they would have continued replacing parts until they happened on the actual problem! Seems to me this method of appliance repair is way too expensive and very inefficient!
