His company is a very good communicator. They are very thorough. They go over everything. Yes itâ s pricey but itâ s worth it at the end of if this is gonna be a home that youâ re going to keep in your family.!!
Raymond and George was very professional and made sure that they explained the process step by step. Raymond wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the job. Great customer experience.
Experience was terrible .their customer service. installation and system supplies all failed. Their system drainage pipes are too small and will clog up, The sump pump filled with dirt, back up power outage unit also failed. My new contractor removed their system and it is inadequate most waterproofers use 4in and 6in drainage pipes, you can find better waterproofing supplies at Homedepot than what aqua guard installs. we saved their system supplies for future reference and inspection by any agency that a complaint was filed with. Beware of aqua guard and Greensky llc their financial facilitator and deflector. 3 employees quit during my job and if you read complaints about aqua guard they all sound the same as my experience was.

There are many nice things I could say about AquaGuard. This review specifically is regarding my dehumidifier service call performed by Mr. Michael Hawkins and quick response of District manager Al. Both are such a delight to work with. Obviously one is in a leadership/ Managerial position. Therefore, let me start with Al whom I consider as the best all around for troubleshooting and dispatching concerns to the right department and staff. Michael recently exceeded my expectations on the service end of the company. He has been to my home twice to adjust the dehumidifier temperature. The product is very efficient. During the Winter it kept my home nice, dry, and warm. Obviously in the Atlanta area, it gets extremely hot so my need for warmth and dryness is definitely not great. I contacted Al who gave me his direct contact number. Michael serviced my request. Iâ m sooo glad both responded so quickly. I was experiencing trouble sleeping with the dryer temperature. Michael gave me his direct work telephone number and, as of today, I think we have the thermostat set to a more comfortable setting. Thank you Al & Mike for being, in my honest opinion, the best in the industry. Your kindness, suggestions, quick responses, and excellent products are the best and certainly note worthy. I have to laugh out loud knowing that when Winter comes again Michael will come back to reset my thermostat so I donâ t freeze! Yes as a AquaGuard consumer, Iâ m Exceptionally pleased from higher management all the way to service delivery. Five plus stars from Dr. Hall to you both!
