The crew was vey professional, hung plastic everywhere while the repaired the ceiling and painted. They also cleaned the area when they were done.

Lou discussed with me the scope of work in cleaning my roof, power washing the sides of the house and the sides of my detached garage. We came to an agreement on the price and the date when he would do the work. We needed to reschedule once because of heavy rain, but on the rescheduled day he and his crew showed up promptly (even though it was raining) and completed the project in one day. I asked if he would power wash a portion of my driveway that had turned green from water slowly releasing from my gutters and he did this at no additional cost. We noticed that one shingle had accidentally been damaged during the cleaning. Lou accepted a partial payment for the project until he could repair the shingle, which he did promptly. I believe that Lou conducts his work with pride and integrity, and that he will stand behind what he does. I will be sure to call him the next time I need work of this kind done on my house.

Lou Alves and his Arts Home Improvement team renovated our entire Wellesley home roof to basement and everything in between from April 2022 to July 2023, while we have been living in our home. We highly recommend the quality of his work, including their attention to detail, high quality materials, and patience accommodating our endless requests. We also found Lou prices to be fair and greatly appreciated that he did not add any unexpected overages as work progressed. Lou is an honorable and trustworthy person, really a pleasure. Lou was super responsive and prompt in turning up to fix a carbon monoxide detector. He also identified old smoke alarms that needed replacing and did so. Highly recommended!

It was very nice working with Lou and his team. He responded quickly to my request for a quote. I found his pricing to be fair. He and his team came and installed my roof in one day. The crew put down the tarps to protect my flowers and lawn. When they finished the site was all clean. Lou took the time to explain the details of the quote which I appreciated. He quickly responded to any questions I had . I would highly recommend Lou for your roofing needs. Iâ ve also hired him team to power wash my home. They did a fantastic job- it looks like a new house. I had a lot of moss on the north side of my home. They worked extra hard to get it all removed. After the power wash all the staining from the moss was gone. The crew cleaned up as they worked. Again, if you are thinking of power washing I would highly recommend Lou and his team.
