George and his dad (Jim) came by and checked out the damage to the siding & insulation underneath. The estimate was a little higher than originally gave because of the damage underneath to the insulation. George apologized for the increase and also cleaned/tightened our gutters (which needed both). The crew was able to take care of the replacement quickly and the color match was right on point. Definitely consider Louise August for any of your work on your home because George & Jim are honest, straight forward, and provide good quality work at an affordable price. I'll be using them again for my home improvement work for sure!

The owners, Jim and George are professional, courteous, and very pleasant to work with. They did the job of tuck pointing the chimneys and the outside areas that needed repair. A water repellant spray coat sealed the parging. Their crew did an excellent job finishing on time. I appreciated the quick response and their attention to details. The project was top notch. I highly recommend them and will use their services again.

So, so pleased that I found Louise August. When our old deck was demolished in the middle of a back yard renovation, we discovered that the 110+ year old brick underneath was in terrible shape. I called 6 companies to try to get a quote and not only was Louise August was the only one who answered the phone, but they rearranged their schedule to come out the next day so that we could keep our larger renovation project on track. Talk about amazing customer service. The father-son duo gave a knowledgeable assessment of what needed to be done and the work was underway within the week. It was such a relief to find this company and they're officially on the top of my to-call list for any future brick (or roof) projects. Highly recommend.
