I have a very old tree in my front yard. I wanted to cut it down but the experts at BCJ told me what was best for the tree and my house. I tree is still there... healthy and my house is safe.

This is the second year weâ ve used BCJâ s services. I called the Sunday before Labor Day weekend and Candy returned my call the same day! Ben came out 3 days later to look at our 50+ year old spruce, give a quote and set up a service date for the day after Labor Day. In spite of the rainy weather, Ben & Candy showed up as promised and trimmed our tree to perfection!! We love how it looks! ( I also want to mention that I was kept updated on when theyâ d arrive via text without having to call them!) I love BCJ and highly recommend them!

The guys who performed the work were great. The trees look good and they even cleared the dead leaves off the roof! They did a good job cleaning up after themselves. The negatives...punctuality and customer service. They were several hours late and I had to call to find out where they were, I did not get a call telling me they were going to be late. The woman answering the phone was very rude. When it came time to pay she told me they didn't accept credit cards or electronic payment...cash and check only. Then she yelled at me for not asking about their payment policy before I booked them!
