Bledar and his team did an outstanding job to repair and repaint the ceiling in my kitchen and do some painting on the outside of my house. Their work is of high quality. These are the kinds of reviews one is eager to write. Bledar and his team at Balteza did an outstanding job renovating the new commercial suite we rented for our expanding school. The suite had been semi-demolished by the previous contractor, and it was a complete mess. Balteza did excellent quality work, including removing partially demoed walls and ceiling, redoing all flooring, and painting. The project was done within our budget constraints, finished by the agreed-upon deadline, and exceeded our expectations. Bledar is professional, honest, very responsive and kind, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!
