The Balteza Property Services and their team did an amazing job on our townhouse property. We are going to do also the flooring and bath and kitchen remodeling with them. I am truly satisfied with their professionalism, and care and attention to details, prov exceptional quality workmanship. This home improvement company truly care for their customers. Bledar and Team did a beautiful job! I am so pleased with the results. He took the time to make recommendations and to ensure we were happy with the paint colors. He and his team were on time each day and I was really impressed with how efficiently they accomplished the job. My house is very large and has very high ceilings and took several day to paint. Bledar and Team did an excellent job on all the painting and on the detailing around the windows and wall moldings. They patched spots I had not even noticed and ensured everything was perfect. They extra care that took to protect my hard wood floors and moved some very large pieces of furniture. At the end of each day, they cleaned up the area and left everything neatly covered. I wish I could give Bledar a 10 star rating because they really deserve it. I would highly recommend this Team.

I cannot give enough accolades for the stunning job that this company did on my house. This company is a small family business run by two brothers. The dedication and attention to detail that the brothers spent on the remodel of my home I am unable to put I to words. I have never had the privilege of working with such kind, caring professionals. I have a serious medical issue. They took the time and commitment to fully understand my unique needs when planning and executing the entire remodeling of the house. The remodel is so fantastic that our neighbors will be using this company also. The brothers came in as professionals and have left my home as family.

Balteza Property Services did an amazing job painting the interior of our house, installing several chandeliers and recessed lighting, and fixing some drywall issues in our basement. The quality of their work is great. They are very detailed and very professional. They showed up on time daily and cleaned up everything each evening. Their prices are very good too â much less expensive than other quotes I received. I highly recommend reaching out to Bledar and his team if you have painting or electrical work. Iâ ll be using them again in the future.

We have worked with Balteza Property Services on several home projects and they are always wonderful! Theyâ ve painted our wood paneled room (and fixed issues along the way), repaired damaged drywall in and painted our kitchen, painted our front door, repaired a damaged hallway wall, installed an outlet, and installed a light fixture.
