Completed sprinkler winterization at a very short notice and in spite of bad weather. I was having trouble finding a contractor this late in November so appreciate the quick turnaround and will definitely hire them again.

I had B&K sprinklers replace my whole manifold/valve system. Everything went great! They were very quick as in a couple of hours to finish the job completely. They also were able to accommodate my schedule doing the work. I have since had them winterize and would recommend to anyone.

Rick was spot on with the Winterization service he offered. He honored the appointment time. He knew his way around the yard and did an excellent job. He knew the exact shutoff points to the sprinkler system and even identified and recommended a fix needed on one of the leaking lines. I highly recommend !

I felt their communication was poor. They initially gave me a fair quote for the work, and they have good reviews on their profile, so I hired them to winterize my irrigation system. I had email confirmation of setting up a time for them to come out for them to do the work. They claimed there was no record of them having me on their calendar. When I was on the phone and trying to explain that I had an appointment and no one showed up, they didn't seem to really care that things didn't get communicated well. They were unprofessional over the phone. There was no reassurance on trying to fix what happened either. Nothing was said along the lines of trying to reschedule, or trying to send someone out right away to remedy the situation. Needless to say, I was not very impressed by this company. I would not recommend to others.
