Barnett And Bennett Construction

I spoke with Richard Barnett by phone. He personally went out to my house and checked over the roof damage. He showed my brother-in-law a couple boards that need to be sealed instead of doing the work himself. The reason for doing this was if he had done this minor repair he would have to charge me a minimum call-out fee. It's so great to know there is one honest contractor working in my area. Thanks so much.

Mr. Barnett was very professional when he contacted me and gave me a very fair estimate for the work to be done. My insurance company also considered his estimate fair and based their reimbursement on the estimate. Mr. Barnett's crew did a great job and completed it within 3 days. They did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. I am very satisfied and plan to have Mr' Barnett do some other work for me.

Excellent response by the contractor Mr. Burnett who was departing for family vacation. Repairs were completed at estimate and well done.

I have not yet started the job because of problems with the insurance company but Mr. Barnett has been a great help with that part of it so far. He is very professional and easy to work with. He is also a very nice man and I would recomend him to anybady.

Mr. Barnett is a lovely gentleman who does what he says he's going to do and is an excellent communicator. We've had a series of storms throughout our region throughout the past year and many of the roofing contractors are backed up in their schedules including Mr. Barnett. I explained to him that I am selling my house in February and that I needed to have my garage re-roofed before closing on the sale. Mr. Barnett in spite of his busy schedule brought his crew on a Saturday and completed the job in about 4 hours. They cleaned up the mess and hauled all debris away to the landfill. Price was reasonable too.

Mr. Barnett was very honest and upfront about everything we talked about. His sincerity appeared throughout the entire conversation. He offered not only his opinion on the roof & was able to give an estimate as well. He also gave advice on other areas we were looking at needing to have fixed. He is extremely knowledgable & definitely worth checking into for any home repairs.
