Emergency work needed for a friend living out of the country; I posted this for them, John called on Sunday (the day I posted), scheduled to come provided an estimate Monday (called, was early and asked if that was okay}. Didn't try to sell anything I did not need, had info that I needed to complete the job, had one of the most inexpensive estimates, was not pushy abount payment and carpeted the entire condo with incredible attention to detail (around the water heater in the closet!). I needed it done quickly, he was there as stated, very pleasant and professional. You could not find a better business to take care of your floors.

John at BassDreams, dba Plantation Carpet, was very helpful in the selection of the new carpet and had a large array of samples at his shop to choose from. John's pricing was in the middle of the three quotes I obtained, but his personal interest in my project got him the job. A small glitch with the bound carpet for the stairs was handled quickly and the project was completed on time.

The carpet repair was perfect. Difficult to see where it was repaired. It was the common elements hallway of the condominium.

I went to the office, selected our carpet and took home some samples for my wife to evaluate. The owner was very patient, helpful and worked with us to setup an appointment for the install. The installers were on time, did a great job with the installation; cleaned up everything, and left us with a really nicely installed carpet. Thank You!!
