I can't even begin to tell you how thrilled I was with John! He made a daunting process easy. He came to our house twice to measure and drop off samples. Initially, I had planned to only have him to install the carpet after buying it elsewhere, but we liked a sample he brought even more. It was extremely helpful to be able to see large samples in our house to determine what looked best. John was extremely reliable and always showed up on time. And I was able to text with him frequently, which made the process even easier. He showed genuinely caring by calling several times to ensure I was happy with the process. He is easy to trust.
