Did not seem very professional. Came with girlfriend, both dressed very unprofessional and late with no call

This customer was informed I was running a little bit behind 15 minutes to be exact which did call and let her know since I was stuck in a accident on 270 but she said that was fine if I knew she was not happy I did not see it I spoke to her husband and her husband is the one that hired me to take care of the job which I did with the correct equipment and he was satisfied with my work Also this customer stated I came with my girlfriend which I came with my wife who also helps me with the business my reviews say everything about me plus you can check me out on the Better Business Bureau

Chris came out on a holiday to repair my water heater. He let us know how much it would cost before he began working on the heater. He was very professional and did a great job. I would recommend him for any plumbing job you may have.

I had bought a bigger garbage disposal that I tried to install myself. I quickly realized I couldn't finish the job because it wouldn't fit because the shut-off valves were in the way. I thought either the valves would have to be moved or I would need to purchase a smaller disposal. Chris came the same day I called him and said he could simply install the disposal on the other side. He did so on the spot, guaranteed his work for 30 days, and charged a very reasonable price. While he was here, since I told him I was listing my home, he looked around and gave me some advice on a couple things I could do myself so I wouldn't get dinged during a home inspection. I hadn't asked him to do that. He did it on his own. He didn't try to charge me extra or drum up more work for himself that he could charge me for. I really appreciated his advice. I would recommend him and would definitely hire him again if I need anything else done in the future.

As in many plumbing repairs, it is often difficult to match new products with older ones. "Chris" had this situation and stayed with it until the problem was absolutely fixed. All in one afternoon!

I was contacted the same day as the request, an appointment was made for the next day, my shower was fixed that day & new hot water heater was installed the next. Efficient while working very knowledgeable. Friendly, everything was cleaned up as if no work had been done.

Chris installed the water heater. We had a set price for the installation. When he was done he informed me it would cost $150 more because of some additional plumbing he had to do to complete the job. I was at home the whole time but was not told about it until he was done.

The price I quoted this customer was over the phone stating he had all the parts to do the job they additional calls was the additional cost for the parts and the labor still stayed the same and he was aware of it before I did any work as you can tell if my reviews I try to take care of my customers
