Thank you for taking the time to let us know what we are getting right. Your opinion is all that matters!
good job, super courteous
Your opinion is so important. It helps us to know how to best take care of you, our customer. Thank you for sharing your feedback.
Plumber showed up promptly and competently diagnosed problem and fixed it competently. However, it took him almost as long to figure out fixed rate to charge for various options ( offering upsell options). Because they priced job on a project basis as opposed to hourly rate, I think the job ended up costing over $100.00 per hour(including travel time). Perhaps this is the going rate, however, I find it excessive.
Thank you for letting us know how we are doing. We are happy we could resolve the issue for you. Thank you for choosing us for your service.
Small business that takes care of customers like family and stand behind their work
What a statement! We couldn't agree more. You are the only thing that matters to us.
good job
5 Stars...Awesome...Thank You So Much For Your Feedback. We Love What We Do!
I was contacted very quickly after I submitted the request on Home Advisor, and had someone at my house that afternoon. Had a spraying leak in my water heater closet (hole in the tube). He was able to quickly determine the reason for the leak and fixed so it wouldn't happen again. He also spotted mold in the water heater closet and said he knew a specialist company that could come inspect. Per my ok, he called the company and they were at our home within a couple hours to inspect (and I subsequently employed to resolve). Great service and great support!
Excellent. Thank you! Your feedback is key to our survival in the Home Services arena. We Love What We Do!
To pricy for the work estamite. Water heater joint leaking at the ball valve shut off outgoing. To solder the joint $135.00 plus $30..00 plus service charge. He than wanted $245.00 more to unsweat the street side and sweat in the ball valve . the house was already blown down for the resweat. What a rip off.
The repair was made but the request was put in as an emergency and was not contacted. I had to make the initial contact. Could have been a miscommunication problem. At any rate was satisfied and the work was completed.
Thank you for the chance to help. We will strive to do better next time.
Great service. Would definitely recommend.
Thank You, Your Recommendation Is a Precious Commodity in this day & age. We Love What We Do!
They were here within 2 hours of my calling. Young man seemed to be very knowledgeable and said they would warrant the work if his fix did not fix my problem.
Excellent, So Glad To Help. Thank You.
