Competent and professional service with better than average pricing for the job. The main water service was replaced in timely manner. I would use company again.

On the expensive but responded quickly, were on the job quickly and did a good job. That said, they did not live up to the estimate. At time of estimate, we identified that it would need to be a hand dig because it was next to and inline with transformer box as well as 2 communication lines. We agreed to a higher quote than typical for the job because of the hand digging. At end of job they tacked on nearly $700 for the hand dig difficulties/time required. I discussed with them that the contract said un-identified and that we clearly identified the hand dig area and that it was considered at time of quote. The owner did not address when he visited during work, left and had one of the workers notify of the additional charges. While their work was good, I just canâ t recommend a company that doesnâ t live up to the contract and is not trustworthy. Had I know this about them, I would have chosen a different contractorâ ¦ hopes this helps the next folks.

Very pleased with the service! Nick and his crew were easy to work with and very courteous under a difficult situation. They replaced a clogged terra cotta sewer line and a partial terra cotta storm drain which had previously been connected to the old sewer line. In addition, while the driveway was torn up, we decided to replace the old copper water line even though that line was OK at the time. Then, they repaved the cut-up portion of the asphalt driveway. When the Baltimore County sewer people came to complete their clean out of the few feet near the County sewer line, the County crew said to us that BFMD always does a good job. Don't know why you called us! Answer: I was told to call you!

BFMD's lead representative, Mr. Artie Bell, provided a thorough presentation on the work that was going to be done, and we were kept apprised at every level of the work that was performed. The crew was customer-centered and very, very efficient. Best estimate and value for the sewer main replacement work! We would highly recommend this company to friends and others without hesitation.
