I would NEVER work with this company again. They are a bunch of crooks! To start, I talked to them about my roof only. Matt approached me after looking at my roof and next thing you know, he is also talking about gutters, patio chairs getting replaced, power washing and staining my fence, and replacing a screen. I told him all I wanted done was the roof, the gutters were just replaced in the spring, and the other stuff we can handle ourselves. He told me the gutters weren't leaking and it was just cosmetic and why not make the insurance company pay to replace them to look better. He sent the whole request to my insurance company anyway. Luckily, my insurance agent is amazing and communicated well! The lack of communication by Matt and the company in general was absurd. Matt did not respond for weeks to my emails and if he did, it was because I called the main office and asked to speak to his supervisor due to his lack of communication. Of course, I never heard from his supervisor or anyone else in the company. I had to keep sending emails to Matt to send in the permit my insurance agent was waiting for, so they make the final payment. It took him almost 2 months to do this! I asked several times for a detailed bill of all charges for everything that was done to make sure he was not charging for what he shouldn't and I have never received one to this day and my roof was done months ago. The last email he sent was that the total cost was this amount, you paid this up front, the permit fee is this and you owe this. Per my agent, the roofing company are responsible for the taxes/fees and are only allowed to bill the cost of the permit minus the taxes/fees. I told him this and he never responded to my email and there was never an adjustment made. This company is so unprofessional and a bunch of crooks that will nickel and dime the insurance company and customers!

Miguel made this so easy for my wife and I. Insurance was a hassle, and said it was a small repair, After hearing this, my wife wanted a second opinion, so she found them here at home advisor. they came out quickly, and just as my wife thought, there was a bigger issue at hand, and the roof needed to be replaced. he handled he insurance, and work started shortly afterwards. thought we could trust insurance company, but glad my wife had a hunch, and acted on it!
