Blue Planet did a wonderful job on all aspects from initial discussion through completion. Not having a lot of experiences identifying an issue such as mold and water management, John was always readily available to answer all of my questions. It is obviously he is quite knowledgeable and an expert in the subject. His crew did absolutely amazing! They not only performed the job quickly and efficiently, they went above and beyond to ensure I was kept up on progress and offered thoughtful tips along the way. As it turned out, I know other people in my area who have hired Blue Planet and had similar, great experiences so I am happy to know I was not alone in tackling such a disappointing problem. With the job complete, I am resting (and breathing) much better knowing that mold remediation is in place and a state of the art water management system is doing its job. My home no longer has a musty smell and the application used in my crawl actually smells great :) Finally, from a looks perspective, heading down under your home and into a crawl space is typically not a fun activity, however, the work that was done completely transformed my crawl space... its actually quite amazing. One more thing to mention - Despite the cost of the project, it certainly adds value to the house in excess of what I paid. I am completely satisfied and am very happy that I was fortunate enough to have found John and Blue Planet.

I was concerned about mold growth and found John on Blue Planet on Home Advisor. I looked at his website, read the reviews, and was impressed. But after speaking to him on the phone, I knew I was dealing with a knowledgeable professional that I could trust. John came to the house, noted some of the issues and where the mold was coming from. When the results came in, he took the time to explain what the report found and what each section meant. His mold remediation protocol was detailed and thorough. In the process of moving, I hired him again to test for mold in a new location and he generously took the time to go over other issues he found. I have the utmost confidence in John and his workers and would highly recommend Blue Planet for any of your home remodeling or air quality needs. I have also referred John and Blue Planet to others. and would hire him again in the future. Absolutely no need to look elsewhere.
