This company saved my house! We have one rental property where mold went undetected for some time. John was fast, professional, clearly gave the details of what could happen, gave alternatives and most importantly completely found and fixed the problems. This is a extremely reliable and professional company. They also fixed a sewer line leak (yuk!) and a roof leak, completely cleaned all the air ducts and best of all - guaranteed their work in writing. We hired Mr. Whaley previously for surface crack repair around our foundation. His team did an awesome job and we found them to be fair priced and true craftsmen. Recently we had an issue caused by some bad footing on our concrete porch. I called and Mr. Whaley came same day to take a look. Quoted us a fair price and we hired him to get the job done. Again his team came and again did a stellar job. Repair was made in a timely fashion and the craftsmanship is noticeable. We never have to worry about that porch again!!!

This Company is amazing. We were all feeling very sick at the shore house. They were extremely thorough and efficient. We immediately started feeling better after they performed their services. All of this was due to a plumbing leak that Blue Planet found. Not only did they erradicate all the mold, John was able to get my insurance company to pay for the entire project. $17,000!!!!!

From start to finish Blue Planet did an outstanding job. Each phase of the job testing, assessing the job, and then executing it was done with great care and professionalism. John explained every phase of the project thoroughly before it began and then throughout each phase until it was complete. All of the workers were knowledgeable, polite, and good at communicating their time frame and any information we needed to know. I would hire Blue Planet again in a heartbeat!

I hired Blue Planet for mold testing indoors, he was nice and responsive, however he did not test all the rooms I asked for when I was given my quote, I asked for 4 indoor samples, when I got the report there were only 2 samples taken, and he said that was enough for my dwelling size. I requested 4 rooms to be sampled and was given a price yet he only took 2 samples. When I told him I was disappointed that what I asked for wasn't done he offered to do the other 2 samples which were our bedrooms. Tomorrow makes a week and he has not confirmed a day to do it and has not answered my most recent message. For only 2 samples I could have used another company for a lower price.
