Showed up 3 hours late with only one cleaner instead of the two I was told would come. Was supposed to clean carpets in one room which was a disaster! His machine almost tripped a breaker and caused a leak under our sink! He didn't dust, didn't wipe down mirrors or make bed, and floor sweeping wasn't thorough. Would've fought for those things to be done before he left if it weren't 9 pm and I had a baby to put to sleep!

Dear Customer, We communicated with you that we were running behind schedule and would be late. Also, I'm confused at how the carpet cleaning was a disaster because my machine ALMOST tripped the circuit breaker. Circuit breakers don't almost trip, THEY TRIP. Also, keep in mind that the leak you claim happened under the sink was from my mopping bucket that tipped over and slightly spilled out. You were charged $80 for carpet cleaning as well as maid services. All of the extra cleaning services that you say weren't done were not included in the total price nor your budget. GOD BLESS!

Bratug is very flexible with cleaning schedule. Beating does not leave until services are finished to owner's inspection. However Bratug changed the schedule service arrival time twice, and worked until 11:30 PM to finish cleaning services. I was to turn over the facilities no later than next day and I was stressed for cleaning service to be completed. Bratug cleaning srvices were thorough and completed to my specifications, but because of the delayed performanceI was extremely stressed.
