They did an excellent job installing a brick patio and planter for a very reasonable price. They came when they said they would and did the job in in a very short time frame because they have the proper equipment and sufficient skilled workers who work together efficiently and in harmony to produce a beautiful result. The owner Jason is a very nice person, easy to work with, planning for the project and producing the expected final result.

I hired B.O.I.D LLC on Sep 4th, 2020 to 1) Rebuild my patio and 2) Fix the drain issue around the patio area. The total cost came to $9,750 and company gave me a four-year warranty. Issue #1: Broken patio: Nine months after the patio was built, a corner fell apart and sunk. I texted Joe (head of the company) regarding these issues many times. Almost 6 months have passed yet the company has not sent anyone over. Issue #2: Bad drain work: Separately, the company has not fixed the drain issue. Every time it rains, a large puddle continues to settle around the patio and makes it impossible to do basic activities like yard work. Joe did come back on Nov 6th, 2020 to do some minor fixes, but he failed to solve the core issue. Joe told me that I needed a longer drain pipe. However, he is now asking that I pay him to solve this original drain issue. This simply is not reasonable. When Joe applied for the original project, he told me he was going to solve the drain issue. This was part of the agreement and why I chose to hire him.
