The technician Michael Wooten was very professional and able to diagnose the problem right away. With his knowledge and expertise he expertly removed the motor that had gone bad, he then took it to two different supply houses because the first would not give him a warranty discount even though the part was still under warranty. The second did give him the discount which he passed on to me. Unlike most other technicians Mr. Wooten allowed me to talk with him as he worked. Thanks

I had to have my whole ac/hear systems replaced Mike was efficient, honest , trustworthy, and always did what he said he was going to do. He kept me up to date on what was going on.. If I ever need any service with my ac/heat system, I would call this company in a minute.
