I needed an electrical source terminated safety. Electric Pros called very quickly after my search on Home Advisor, the electrician arrived the next day, was courteous, completed the job quickly and even helped with adjusting the door to my breaker box. I will call them again if I need help with an electrical issue.

This house had several issues, much of the electrical was outdated and failing. They were initially called to repair lights and receptacles that had stopped working. With my own research beforehand, I had figured the fuse panel would have to be replaced, along with the wires running to the inoperable lights and receptacles. Other than one power receptacle, all the lights and receptacles were down on the front porch, the kitchen, garage, den, utility room, and dining area. I still had power to the frig, stove, dishwasher, washer, and dryer...but no light, and no accessory receptacles. The only thing working in the garage were the garage door openers. I was moving a stand up light pole with a 50 ft extension cord when washing dishes, cooking, or doing the laundry. The lights in the den were horrible to begin with, casting shadows and so dim it was hard to read anything whatsoever. They installed 8 recessed LED lights with a remote dimmer switch and now it's like a football stadium. They also placed a new fuse panel outside with additional space should I need to expand, since the old Federal-Pacific was still in the closet. All said and done, the garage doors would not work when finished and they had previously before work commenced. Oncor had knocked out the circuit boards on both of them when they disconnected for the work. Electrical Pros paid for one new garage opener and I the other. I thought this was fair. Yes, I would use them again, their pricing seemed fair, their response time was good, and explanations of their work was good. Their employees were courteous and respectful. There were some delays in the process but those can be directed to suppliers who sent broken parts (a sealed box with a broken switch on the fuse panel!) ElectricalPros refused to install with time lost in subsequent replacement, Oncor for power disconnect and reconnect, and finally the city inspector.

I use home advisor for good independent contractors versus big companies that charge very large fees for small jobs. Unfortunately that is no longer the case.

They were unprepared for the work; they were supposed to start at 8 am and didn't arrive until 9 am. And, even worse, the second electrician didn't show up for another hour or so. Because of their tardiness, I felt the work was rushed. Damage to my property incurred and is still not repaired (it's been a month since the work was completed). One of the ceiling fans makes noise at speeds higher than low setting. They didn't even take the time to balance all the fans.
Response from Company:
I do apologize about this matter. We do not balance fans and if the fan is making noises it is a faulty fan that was purchased by the home owner not due to the electricians install.

Wonderful job and they went above and beyond to help me. Replaced a smoke alarm and light bulb in a 20 foot ceiling, and fixed and cleaned my blinds while he was up there! I could never have reached them. Also disconnected an old Verizon battery that was beeping and driving me crazy. Then replaced two more smoke alarms. I an very happy!
