This was a minor electrical job - the problem turned out to be a loose neutral wire in the electrical box. But the electrician also tightened up the drier duct connections while he had the drier pulled out - which was above and beyond the call of duty since that was a Sears installation issue, not an electrical issue. And he fixed another minor electrical issue at a light switch in the same room at no extra charge while he was there.

When they reviewed the work I needed they answered the questions I ask about what I needed and what I would get. I was told I would get a breaker box with a 100 Amp main and 8 to 12 breakers mounted in the shop, no need for an extra box at the service pole. I ask for the service pole to be straightened. They were high bidder out of 4 but were willing to come down on charges. What I got was a 100 amp box with no main breaker, 8 spaces but 2 spaces can not be used. One 220 breaker and six 120 breakers in a bag. They did put a 100 amp main switch box on the service pole. I had to argue with them to get the pole straightened, it is straight now.
Response from Company:
We installed the wrong panel in his shop but he said it would be ok. the disconnect had to be at pole becasue national electric code requires it. The written quote we gave him didn't include the pole but we did it anyway to try and please him but it didn't help he still gave me a bad review after he told us he was happy with the job.

WARNING!!-paid $130 directly plus $60 for (the wrong) fan part, which I had to order myself--with the repairman instructing me on which part ot order. When we realized it was the wrong part (had 4 wires, original part has 6 wires,) I contacted the owner, who promised to have someone out Monday to "make it right." Nothing. Tuesday, contacted him again--"sorry we didn't have enogh repair people." Promised to have someone come out Wednesday OR CALL IF NOBODY WAS AVAILABLE. YET AGAIN at 2 PM WEDNESDAY--still nothing. BAD INCOMPETENT AND EXPENSIVE REPAIRMAN! UNDEPENDABLE SERVICE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Response from Company:

I was very pleased with Electric Pros and will recommend them. Eddie contacted me so quickly I didn't realize my electical need had already been submitted online. Lyle stopped by that same day and finished installing a ceiling fan that was too complicated for my handyman to complete. I will call this company next time for any electical needs.

The company was very good at communicating about appointment and arrival time. Lyle--the electrician who actually did the work--explained what he was doing and was very efficient. He installed a new outlet for me without any ancillary damage to the walls. I will definitly call this company for future work!
