The work made a big improvement on the exterior of the house removing the Winter grit and dirt.

Fixed the shingle that was off, chalked and sealed the nails down into the gutters and the cap that was causing the leak when the roof wasn't properly installed. Cleaned the gutter out on the back side of the house. He came quickly, gave me an estimate on the repair and was back the next afternoon and repaired and fixed the problem. He was very polite and did a great job.

Due to a misunderstanding with the person buying our home we ended up hiring Carver construction to do some other repair work on our home that was not roofing related. Mr Carver was very knowledgeable and did the work for a fair price. He was efficient and we would gladly recommend him. Although we had spoken to Mr Carver regarding a roofing project, due to his general construction knowledge, he was able to do the other minor repairs to our home that the buyer required and he got the job done very quickly. It was great to have someone who not only knew roofing but other construction issues as well. Saved us from having to shop around for another contractor.
