It may have been a little more money than other companies, but I feel it was worth it because of their sealing they put in before the insulation.

My home is new construction, and the master and bath have been cold in the winter and too warm in the summer. I survived two winters with no heat strips before the contractor discovered it. But it was still cold, and the HVAC man had no solutions that worked. CEC came in with an energy audit, added insulation, and re-routed the duct work to my bedroom and bath. The original design had the duct to my bedroom looping all the way through the house, and my bedroom was last to get heat/AC. My electric bills are down now, and I'm not waking up cold or hot. Thank you so much, Jason. You worked with me until the problem was solved. Thanks to Geoff with Air Mechanical too, who did the ductwork and to Kevin for a professional job of insulating the garage and attic. You guys are the best. I knew I could trust you to find and solve my heating and cooling enigma. Jason, Kevin, and Geoff were polite, professional, timely, and efficient. You can trust this company.

A three day project took 12 days.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, we strive to provide the best experience possible. However, we admit that sometimes delays do happen and we appreciate your patience during these times. It is to our knowledge that the delay was due to a safety concern that arose after the mold treatment was performed in your crawl space. In order for our crew to return to safely complete the job, we had to allow ample time for your crawl space to ventilate. This caused our crew to complete the job with a delay in between the second and third day of the installation process. They were the most expensive (by $2,000) for the project but I chose them anyway. Their employees that removed the existing insulation left an absolute MESS throughout the house! The second day, the outside contract crew that actually blew in the foam insulation had to clean up the previous days mess. Three weeks later I am still picking up pieces of both the old and new insulation throughout the house and I had to repaint around the window that they brought their blowing hoses through!
