The representatives I dealt with were very professional and courteous. The individuals who performed the actual repairs arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. They removed all old material.

The spray foam insulation was supposed to be 3.5 inches thick, level with the studs. The foam is not uniform, however, with parts being anywhere from 1-3.5 inches. It was very uneven. Not what I expected for the money. The man admitted that he was worried that he would run out of chemical so he made sure he got some coverage on all the walls.

Eddie and Walt were professional. They removed the old insulation in the attic. Cleaned up. No dirt or dust on any furniture. Excellent job.
