I had asked for an estimate on two closets as I was originally thinking about doing two. He offered to do both and gave me separate quotes on each. After we agreed to have him start on one of the closets and agreed on a price, my wife and I decided that we would only want him to do one closet. After he was told this, he adjusted his price on the one he was already working on and told us "Since we were only doing one closet with him, the job would be more expensive". I did not argue with him, but thought that was going back on the deal we had already agreed on. In any event, the it was $550 instead of $430. Cheap materials

Osmar Medero and I have talked about our project and have come to terms, giving him a $300.00 deposit. My wife enjoyed talking to Osmar in his original language (I believe he comes from Argentinia), and they chatted for quite a while. Osmar is a charming person, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Horrible experience--and I have a lot of experience with workmen in notoriously frustrating Miami to compare it with. Despite the fact that I gave Osmar, Inc. numerous chances to make up for their constant lateness, stretching of the work out over three MONTHS when he had promised he could do it in three DAYS, sloppy sanding and staining of wooden doors, incompetent reinstallation of doors, incompetent reinstallation of doors, lies about purchasing supplies with separately requested money I advanced him, etc. Although Mr. Medero has clean, grandfatherly charm, he is a poor workman. I have no idea of how he got such good ratings here!
