I was dreading having to have my main sewer line replaced and put it off as long a I could. Chris made this whole experience as pleasant as I could possibly expect it to be. When dealing with a contractor, you hope for a few things: Being on time, being close to the estimated cost, communicating well and making you feel like your issue is important. Chris hit it out of the park on all of these. I'd have to say this was the best experience with a contracted engagement I've ever experienced. I'd recommend Chris to anyone based off my experience, a true professional.

Chris and Greg came over last evening and spent about two hours with us diagnosing the drainage problems we were having. I would say they went the extra mile to make sure to explain every step of what they were doing and why. In the end, we decided to go with a temporary fix to get us through the time our guests are here and then do the necessary repairs next week. I felt we were treated fairly and honestly.
