Cliff's Pools & Patios Affordable Makeovers

Am only in the initial stages of hiring them. Work has not begun. Experience, so far, has been exemplary. Prompt Company response to set up Estimate appt. Estimator, Joe, was prompt, professional, informative and innovative. Our orig. plans for pool renovation changed resulting from Joe discussing different options. He presented financial options and visual aspects, It enabled us to make better/educated renovation choices for our pool area that would satisfy us and give us an attractive area to compliment our home. Although we would up updating (spending) a bit more than we planned, ultimately, it was the best choice. Their Pool Estimate was EXTREMELY detailed -- a welcome change to the general, ambiguous brief estimates usually given, if your lucky to get one. I hope our pleasant, extremely satisfied and comfortable experience continues thru the completion phase of our renovations.....So far, I'm not worried!!!! (Hence, 3.5 stars for now, but I say 5 ***** as of right now)

Let be clear: if you go with Cliff Pools and Patios, expect high price, poor service & zero accountability.We paid more than $4 000 on having our pool resurfaced and ended up, 2 weeks after their work, with a pool that looked WORSE than before: all we heard was every reason it was only our fault and , even better, that even if we were to pay him another $ 1 200 acid wash service, we were lectured as to why he couldnt guarantee that the scaling would not reappear weeks or even days later. Run away from these unprofessional firm.

A team of true professionals! Each and every person I had contact with was courteous and took care of any situation. I had a real time crunch to resurface my pool and they exceeded expectations!
