Write a ReviewKen was nice and the price was fair for plumbing however it does say on the receipt "We do NOT guarantee ..drainage desired" and less than 7 days after he left the basement backed up 3 times between 01/29 and 03/05. I hired another plumber on 03/05 who cleared the main drain again and guaranteed his work.
the reason I did not guarantee this line was it was a an inside Main and the reason was clogged was you to misuse I pulled out a large amount of thread cloth rags and all kinds of things approximately 4 feet long what you were standing right there when I did this it was working when I left there is nothing in the main I checked that before pulling the toilet and waiting through the sewage that you guys had accumulated in your bathroom I don't know how long it was sitting there more than just one day
Fastest reply I have ever had, less than a minute, and on a Sunday. He did extra work and at a fair price. If i ever need a plumber again I sure know who to call.
Ken is excellent. He completed the work, at the stated price, even tho the job became more complex than originally planned
Responsive and efficient.
Ken came in and immediately said that his job wasn't worth the time and that other plumbers charged 5x what he did. Red flag. He spent an hour finding a frozen drain. Then told me I could let it warm up on its own. He then changed his mind and said he'd better run water down the drain. I had used him before with good results and a fair price, so I said ok. He spent a total of 1:20 and charged me $188 for the first hour and another $188 for running the water! My bad for not asking the price up front. He left my bathroom a greasy mess, everything out of place and tissues all over. He told me he wanted to get out of the business and said I was lucky he didn't charge more. Beware of this guy and be sure to ask for the price up front if you use him.
well I'm sorry she disagrees and that is not what I said she had told me that she had a clogged toilet so I came in with appropriate to unclog your toilet the toilet was also backing up into the bathtub I tried perceiving to Agha the toilet to no avail went ahead and ran the bathroom sink it was also backing up in the tub therefore it was an inside main nothing else in the house was effective went through the bathroom sinook about 20-25 feet all the auger back signed up on outside with being ice cold which is the indication of which is very odd for an inside Main I proceeded to use a thought hose through the bathroom sink and went out about 2
All good.
Not real impressed with overall service, although he did remove clog in drain line.
Knowledgeable professional, excellent service.
