Clog-B-Gone

He was a really nice guy, got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Had to snake out all of my lines due to severe clogging and roots in the lines. Was very reasonably priced. Will be calling him again to come out and do maintenance from time to time to stay ahead of the problem.

outside of clog drain & snaking it out to the main, I had a small leak which Iused a ice cream bucket for the last few years to collect right sing leaking I thought it was the the elbow connection, He found it to be the strainer basket was bad, He whent to home depot got a good one for 16 bucks and replaced it with a discount, with being disabled & can't fix my self I'am very pleased with service &price. NO more leaks happy happy home owner.

He was very prompt and called right away. We called him on a Saturday, since we were getting our house ready for a closing date. He came over within a half hour, on a Saturday.

My only complaint is they didnt come between 8-10 as promised, it was almost noon. Once they arrived, they were great. They unclogged the drain in a flash, and rearranged the pipes so they wouldn't be so long before the trap - great suggestion, and didn't charge extra.

Ken showed up on time and had the appropriate equipment for the job. As a first time home-buyer, he showed me how to tell if a main has had to be cleared out multiple times so that I'd know next time if I'm potentially buying a property with issues. He fixed the problem swiftly and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend him to a friend.
