Quickly assessed the problem and provided a remedy upon arrival which was hour after the 3 hour window promised. Never called to say they would arrive later.

The repairman, Wayne , didn’t have the equipment needed on his truck or his shop. He reached out to his fellow a/c repair friends and went out of his way to ensure I had a/c on a hoooootttttt Sunday. He was explaining what happened and explained what was need to get the a/c repaired. Job well done Wayne.

They were happy to accommodate and work around my tenant's schedule so she could meet them at the property on a Saturday. All in all, they had a service pro at the property and the problem resolved in less than 24 hours from when I placed the service call.

Service rep was very professional Dexter checked over my unit and he explained how his company worked on a service contract. I am awaiting the contract to be sent to me.

Absolutely fantastic service! I was contacted 2 minutes after I registered, they were here 30 minutes later, I needed a outside ac unit, it is installed (the next day, before 11:00 am!) And working great! It is currently 96° outside.
