Great job all around! Drywall artist came in and professionally and efficiently fixed a ceiling repair. Ramiro was clean, effective and quick! He even gave some great advise for future jobs. Textured walls and ceilings... #nobueno #homeadvisor
excellent drywall repair
Tony was very nice, he did a wonderful job and cleaned up when he was done.
My ceiling looks great! The man is a pro. He is the second person i hired to do the job and he delivered! Two large holes in my ceiling due to water damage and now you can't even tell. Thanks again!
Very nice people to work with. I was not able to give the full 5 stars only because the closet was not painted. It was primed however. My husband and I could not decide color
The work was not completed to be ready for paint and I was told to lightly sand it one last time before I painted. There were areas that definitely would need quite a bit of sanding to be ready for paint and a light sanding was not going to do it. These areas included thicker patches of mud that obviously would show through if you just painted over them, deep scratches that no paint could ever cover, screw heads that were not even covered with mud, etc. He used my pole sander as well, which I did not mind personally, and he broke the handle. He said he bought a new handle but when I looked at it (after he left) it was the wrong one as the sander head will not even screw on now. Based on the reviews this guy got on your website I find it hard to believe that this was the caliber of work I received. I would not recommend him to anyone and I guess I am just out the $400 as a learning lesson as well, not including a new pole that is he correct size.
We're sorry that you were not satisfied with the work. We spoke with you on two separate occasions after the work was completed and went to your house to retrieve our ladder two days after the work was done and you never once mentioned any of this. Had you addressed your issues with us we would of been more than happy to try to satisfy you. As you can see from our numerous 5 star ratings and reviews we strive to produce high quality, affordable work in a professional and skilled manner.
