Complete Flooring

Adam and his team were just amazing. They were very professional and did fantastic job on our hardwood flooring. Our project included merging into existing hardwood flooring, replacing all the carpet area to new hardwood, and the stairs. They all look so beautiful now.

They really did a nice job. My floors were Birch and in rough shape. They look better than new.

Adam, David and Mario were fantastic! They showed up on time, completed the project early, and the finished hard wood floors look absolutely beautiful. Adam was easy to work with and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Adam Frank and Complete Flooring and will happily use their services again when the situation arises.

Adam and his crew, David and Mario, were great. Project included a whole house replacement of carpets with wood floors. They were able to stain new floors to match existing wood details of our home. They were also able to accomodate various scheduling delays for which we are grateful. This is a group that gets customer service. We have had wood floors installed in several of our homes so we have something to compare against and...these floors look great.

Adam was great! Great price and great job! There was a slight misunderstanding about the area to be refinished which was easily resolved with Adam. David and Guillermo worked late to finish on time even with the extra hand sanding required.

Adam was great to work with. Always on time and willing to go the extra mile. The price was very fair and came in at a lower cost than any other bids I received. They did my entry hall and dining room and all work was completed in less than 2 days! With the crazy busy life I have going on that really made it very convenient for my family. Floor looks great and I will be using this company again in the future!

I was very impressed with quality of work and the timing getting the project finished before we moved into our new house.

On 9/20/19 approximately, hired Adam Franks company to install and finish hardwood flooring in a room that I prepped. All that had to be done was install and seal. Project had several delays even after he guaranteed me it could be done during my last vacation of the year. I ended up having to take additional vacation time I was saving for Christmas just to get it done by 10/08/19. That is the good part. By the time it was done I had several problems. Scratches to original painted walls I had no touch up paint for(I have pictures). Sealer left in a puddle I had to tape a brush to a mop handle and spread out myself cause installers could not come back(I have pictures). Pebbles the size off pepper corns sealed into the finish (I have pictures) and an overall gritty feel to the finish that was in no way a quality job or as good as the 50 year old original floors it was supposed to compliment. All of these concerns were discussed with Adam. He even scratched off several of the embedded particles himself. But none of this concerned him and he seemed to be dumbfounded that I was not happy with the job. He made no apologies or suggested remedies and when I asked that another coat be applied he was irritated and finally agreed as long as I was paying for it. He told me it was not what we agreed on. I told him we agreed on a finish that came close to the original flooring. I got nothing close to that. I could spill wine on my original kitchen floor without worrying but his finished job still absorbed water. After realizing I was talking to a mannequin with a blank stare I asked for the bill just to get him out of my house before I lost my temper. In the future I will pay a professional company to seal the floor but for now I just wanted to forget about it.

Work was performed by Adam Frank's company, Complete Flooring, out of Littleton Colorado beginning on Thursday, August 29 and supposedly finished on Friday, August 30. I have been very bothered about posting a review, particularly a non-favorable review. In consulting with close friends and my relatives who are realtors, I've been urged to post this review. Here are the results (see video) in order of priority: 1. Complete removal of previous polyurethane finish was NOT accomplished. Given we went with a natural finish, these spots shine right through. 2. Hardwood flooring vents were not sanded down and finished properly 3. Many spots around the perimeter and even spots in the middle of the floor were left very rough (80 grit?). 4. Finally, the final product had swirls in various places on the floor. Please see the video which shows how I marked up the floor accordingly, so Adam could see the shortcomings of his crewâ s workmanship. Upon seeing how I marked up the floor, Adamâ s comments were â This is really over the top. I donâ t think I can help you.â And then he walked out and refused to finish the job correctly.
