Mr Cherry and his crew were fantastic. Very professional and reassuring. When I had a few concerns, he came out to look them over and got them corrected in record time. I trust his judgement and professionalism. Would highly recommend to anyone needing work done. They really care about their customers and the work they do.

My experience well I had concrete patio removed and they where suppose to lay concrete back down. Patrick did a horrible job. Instead of taking responsibility he blamed the concrete truck. Then lied to me about speaking with the qa manager. In which he waa on vacation . I had called myself. Suppose with the plant manager and the qa manager came to my house. I ended fire them The broke a metal patio table leg, my grill leg. One of my gutters waa smashed. Then the had put concrete handprints all over the back on my house. Horrible. Tim who did my decks and bar area Was very friendly and nice. I would Not recommend to anyone. I have many pictures

The work that constructive services did on my fence was remarkable. I had several quotes but none of those companies explained the install and reason why I need certain supplies like Mr. Tim did. That gave me reassurance my money was being well spent. And the timing was impeccable. I would recommend Constructive Services to anyone I meet that need any type of home repair or installation.

Didn't quit until I was satisfied

As a customer, regardless of what questions I ask it is never okay to yell at your customers. After he yelled at me I apologized just to get passed the animosity. But he still did not feel like he was wrong. One of the boards was not screwed in once he was complete but I will just figure it out on my own before I call him. Being yelled at by someone who you hired is disrespectful and very unprofessional.

We originally had committed to another company (no one from this apps list) and they took over a month to get back to us....We decided to go with United Integrity Construction here in Louisville. Best choice I have made as far as hiring a contractor. They rebuilt our wooden privacy fence along with a new wooden gate and we couldn't be happier. To be honest I have already recommended them to other people I personally know who need or want carpentry work done. If at any time in the future I need service I hands down will be calling Timothy C.

They Called set up an appointment with me ASP. They showed up on time They listened to what I wanted done and I had an estimate within 48 hours.

He did great work on the fence, however, he forgot to stabilize multiple pickets. I reached out numerous times, which he said he would come take care of the situation. But he never actually came; communication is not the best.
