Jim responded very quickly when I asked for a bid. He is very personable and honest ( a BIG plus!). He kept in contact throughout the whole project, came out on the day he said he would start and finished when he said he was going to. Jim has an amazing crew that he works with, very professional and they cleaned up every day when they left.The result of our new driveway was far more than we ever imagined! We are now the talk of the neighborhood! Thank you Jim and Coughlin Development for a fantastic job!

I hired Jim to install a concrete floor and street approach for my new construction garage project. The finished work looks terrific. Jim followed the architectural plans provided and even suggested changes based on his years of experience that would enhance the longevity of the concrete. The work was completed on schedule and within budget. Jim satisfactorily addressed all questions or concerns that arose during the process. He is a good communicator and a proven professional. I would likely hire Jim again.
