Wanted to replace main sump pump and install water powered backup sump pump together. Called them and discussed that we wanted both the work done together and they agreed and promised that they will do both the work and gave a quote for both. Hired them and one guy came with main sump pump and said water powered sump pump will be installed by another person on a different day. We had confirmed with the main owner and the person came for the work that they will do both installation and they promised again. It is just that water powered sump pump installation required some additional tools which the only the other person has and will be done another day. We trusted and let them do the work and gave the check for main sump pump installation. Once the main sump pump work was done they started acting up and said they do not have plumbing license and have to get someone else arranged to do the backup sump pump work. We kept on following up and each time they came up with some story about the backup. Finally after 6 weeks we told that we cannot keep on pushing this work and want this done soon, at which point they left a message saying that they cannot do this as they do not have license for the plumbing. Clearly they played with us saying they will do both the work when we initially told them that we want to hire someone to do both the work not just main sump pump. Not sure why companies would play with a customer like this to make few hundred dollars. Now if I have to get someone for just backup sump pump installation have to spent a fortune for it. One thing that happened good in this case is tht me and my neighbor wanted to do a external yard drainage so before that wanted to try them to see how they are to deal with. We have decided to go with someone else for this work now given that for a small work these guys played with just to get few hundred dollars from us. Thank God that we decided to do this before hiring for a big work.

This company was the utmost professional dealing with a LONGTIME leaking basement. Discussed the problem beforehand on phone, extremely timely, knowledgeable, quote specific, well done work and left the job cleaner than it was previously. WONDERFUL PROFESSIONALS.

The owner of the company got in touch with me less than 30 minutes after I sent my request through the Home Advisor site. Within a couple days I had an appointment scheduled and knew what the cost and scope of work would be. They kept in touch with me the day of the appointment and got the work done quickly. I would recommend these guys for anyone looking to replace a sump pump!
