Rob and his son were very professional , courteous & provided me with me with a very fair quote for repair. I would highly recommend Coutler Services to anyone. He is a " TRUE PROFESSIONAL" in his business. Unlike another contractor who sent a " Sales person ", who was more interested in KNOCKING the work done by the previous contractor, even though I had no issue's with the system for 14 years, who also never made any attempt diagnosis the problem, ( if he had , as Rob had done he would have found the issue was a faulty sump pump, not the system.) My sincere appreciation for Coulter.

The work itself was good, the system has worked through some heavy so far. This makes me happy. However I was not happy with the customer service. Tried to add a couple hundred on for extra labor not discussed at the end. Also I had an issue with concrete pour I wanted addressed, followed up several times with no response. This just makes me wonder if they will ever follow up to a complaint regarding the warranty offered. Other little things too.. Project took 5 days and not 2 as estimated.. Didn't show up twice without telling me.

Did the job in a very short time frame.

They did good work but started slower than promised and complicated time-off for us...did not work 2nd day but did accommodate our revised needs. Rob said he did not need contracts to keep his word but then said, if it wasn't in contract he wouldn't do. He did revise contract but appeared at their 2nd day on job with original which omitted some agreed-to items. He did sign my revised copy. He was rude at request to complete contract with CAP of drainage tube. He did not do final walk -through with customer. But Martin is a cut above and very good to work with. We felt it necessary to watch details because of Rob's inconsistencies.

Rob, the owner personally handled my estimate and also supervised the complicated portion of the job. I had a difficult location due to water and sewer pies; and Rob and Martin, the foremen, as well as the crew did a wonderful job avoiding any problems. I was particularly impressed with the fact that they called before coming out for the estimate and before coming out for the job. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality of their work - they went above and beyond in meeting my concerns. Their prices were very reasonable and they showed up and completed on time. They are a great company!

Very prompt, courteous and professional. Arrived on time for appointment and excellent in explaining what they were going to do. Would highly recommend them.

The guys at Coulter Systems knew exactly what we needed, their initial bid was the lowest and they were willing to give us a free Siphon Sump Pump($1200.00 value) to earn our business. Their contractor team showed up the next week exactly - on time and Wowed us with their performance. 4 guys worked like a clock and finished the entire job by 5 PM. Their workmanship was excellent, they explained every question we had, they addressed every concern, and once they were done they cleaned up - literally washed the basement walls, floors and driveway. We're very happy with the work and the job that was done.

His crew was great! They were very clean and very professional and great communication. Was prompt in returning my phone calls and educated me through out the project!

This company tells you what the problem is and how they can correct it without blowing the problem out of proportion or inflating their ability to fix the problem or their price. I think this company is the best of the best. I interviewed three other companies and I am very happy and satisfied that I choose Coulter Systems.

WOW! Robert Coulter came out...took me through everything that needed to be done...gave a good price...but also told me exactly what I could do if I wanted to do the job myself.
