Very professional and responsive from beginning to end. This is a family owned business that takes customer service seriously. Our countertops are absolutely beautiful and we are 100% satisfied.

We purchased our countertops in 2017 using a fabricator who had a relationship ship with Countertop Surface Solutions. (CSS). Ths slabs upon purchase in 2017 were stored with CSS. Fast forward 6 years later, the fabricator disappeared, and CSS continued to store our slabs. When we were ready, they worked with our contractors timelines and were ready ahead of schedule. The work is beautiful, the value was very fair and the job well done. We are very pleased and the counterops are a showcase in the house.

Our experience with Countertop Surface Solutions was the best! It all started when I saw a billboard on Route 62. I contacted Jerry and the rest is history. His associate Hank met us at our house to look at our kitchen. We then went to their showroom. Hank went above and beyond because we couldn't make it there before they closed. He stayed until we arrived and he helped us in our decision making. We finally decided on granite and so glad we did. Thank you Hank! Also, thank you for my cutting board. We want to thank the guys who installed our granite, the plumber and Larry for doing the backsplash. Everything looks wonderful, we couldn't be any happier. Thank you Jerry, Hank and your whole crew! Owner, Jerry Sager was very informative and patient through the whole process. Hank was the gentleman that actually cut the stone. We were able to pick the slab we wanted for our countertop. We also discussed how it was going to be seamed and installed. Jessie and Zach were very efficient installing the countertop. It was a very smooth experience. We LOVE our stone countertop!! This was a rental home I was selling after 31 years. Put in a new kitchen and countertop solutions called me within 5 minutes. Family business and I drove to Gahanna and picked out the granite, had they grey and white that I was looking for! Perfect installations and appliances were not installed yet.
