Joe was extremely courteous and professional. He was able to come out the next day and do the appraisal. Arrived on time and did a great job. Plus his Basset Hound is on his business card and how can you go wrong with a fellow animal lover! I would highly recommend to anyone in need of an appraisal!

The report was in the end very detailed and what we wanted. It was just hard to get a hold of Joe and could not really get specific answers. When I called the first time, he told me, it takes about 48 hours till we have the report. That is why I hired him! Then it was already more time when we met him and it took, in the end, longer than he promised us several times. Also he acted very unprofessional and basically kinda *bit***ed* at us for texting him too much I guess. He, on the other hand, made us the whole time false promises, so that is why we had to text so often. I also had to remind him several times to send us a receipt for the money he got in cash what is also not normal!

The property being appraised was unique due to being on a busy street and required a bit more research to determine impact on value or marketability for being on a busy street . I do my best in order to get report in a timely manor and am sorry if I did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately we use data that has to be verified real estate agents if the data is .not published by the assessor. Unfortunately sometimes we have to wait for an agent to return a call. There is typically no motivation for an agent to call back for a previous sale and sometimes we cannot proceed any faster. This is the reason why I was getting frustrated with text messages. I wanted to get you your report as fast as possible. Please accept me apologies. I will be happy to refund your money if you are not satisfied. Please reach out if you would like a refund. I wish you the best of luck in purchasing this home
