The owner was very professional and pleasant. He even thanked me for my vietnam service. They did every thing they promised. The gutters and down spouts look great and i especially like the gutter caps! I recommend them to everyone!

John was very nice and showed up when agreed upon. My only disappointment was that the roofing shingles were not an exact match.
Response from Company:
I went there 6 months ago and meet with the customer and looked at several different areas and issues, the roofs were 10-15 years old and the paint and wood siding was much older than that. We told them then that we can get the same manufacturer and same color of shingle but the new shingles and paint would not be a exact match due to the fading factor and that the manufacturer changed the pattern of the granular. So I wrote an estimate to fix the issues and it stated in the contract about the color difference. They called 3 months ago and asked for a new estimate that only obtain to specific items. So I wrote them a new estimate and it also

John was responsive, quick, and honest. He was the only contractor that took time to look around and listen to what we wanted so his estimate was accurate. We didnÂ’t need to be home for the work which was nice and he kept us informed if anything changed. The finished product is fantastic. I would definitely recommend them for any future work.

D&R is no doubt the best contractor that has provided me a service. Not only are they very customer friendly, but also timely. When they say they will show they do. Also they were finished with the gutters, facia, soffit in a very timely manner. Quality was not compromised by their timliness. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend D&R Exteriors.
