D'Spain has a "Member Club" that I highly recommend. I am a member of both the Air Conditioning and Plumbing Clubs. After a reasonable yearly fee to join the club, you (1) get discounts on all necessary services, (2) get a twice yearly "check-up" of appliances, and (3) GO TO THE HEAD OF THE LIST. This #3 has been VERY beneficial when hard freezes come to the Hill Country and everyone's pipes freeze at the same time.

D'spain installed our 3 Trane A/C heat pump units almost 10 years ago, with extended warranties for all. We have had service yearly for those 10 years as well as occasional replacement of capacitors, thermostats, compressors, "freon" , etc. Warranties covered much of the expense. We now have service contracts for maintenance and appreciate so much D'Spain's calling us to set up the service. They are very responsive whenever we need them--coming to our home the same day or next--all the way from Bandera to almost Junction! Techs are respectful of property, knowledgeable and professional! They continue to totally satisfy us!

The service technician Brent did a very good job in connection with our service contract for 2 Trane A/C heat pump systems. The oldest unit (13 yrs old) is no longer in Trane warranty. Brent replaced a capacitor for $106 which was at a reduced price because of the D'Spain service contract. The newest unit (9 yrs) also had a faulty capacitor which was covered by the 10 yr Trane warranty. The twice yearly service contract inspection of the system is a worthy investment. It helps keep the systems running properly.

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
