Write a ReviewThe quality of the finished work is worth 5 stars, unfortunately there were problems getting there: was quoted 4 hrs labor, but took 7 days. Several times the electrician arrived with a hangover & I'm pretty sure he was still drunk at least once. They had to borrow my toolS one day. They had to be called back to finish five times. Electrician insisted we call him direct and avoid the "horrible office staff". Caused damage to lighting fixture, which was reduced on the final bill. Based on behavior and statements made, I suspect we got a bad employee & the rest of the company has to be better...

I called a 830 Boerne area code but electrician said next time call a company more local. Even though listed as Boerne they are located off band era. How was I to know and they tried to reschedule after i had been waiting on them already for several hrs. They did come out that day after I voiced dis satisfaction with that idea.
The service man was very nice in explaneing everything to me. And also explained what else I had yo do and gave me a price right away what it was going to visit me to prepare for it. And gave me his card. Very very good for the business. Job well done.
I had i s been a customer of theirs for 8 yrs. I bought an AC unit from them pay cash. Got on their " premium preferred protection plan ". I have a mother - in -law sweet, this is where we had problems. When I bought the AC unit from them I also paid for maintenance packag while under their care the AC backed it ruining my floors. They didn't want to take responsibility for it, claiming they had for fill their part of the obligation. the brand new AC unit, which is only 1year ,already which fixing they're supposed to come out and look at it under my premium protection plan which they refused.
Found my problem.........fixed it.......charged me a fair price for the work.....Good Job
