Geoff Buckendorf showed up on time and in a professional manor. Then went up on the roof for inspection needed plywood and shingles. Then inspected the attic for leaks and water damage, mold and dry rot taking pictures for me to see. Geoff Buckendorf, then did an excellent presentation about the product of shingles, the valve for the money and warranty. Geoff Buckendorf left no unanswered questions and made it so easy . Scott Harris is a real pro!!! We are dealing with a forced remodel that has been chaotic and we've been in a time crunch. Scott has been one of the few contractors that has been timely in responding to our questions and concerns. He's also well informed and has shown sensitivity to our situation. We feel a weight has lifted and we're confident in our window purchase. Thank you!

These people are very slick in their sales techniques. I actually paid a considerable amount more to do my roof with this company because of their supposed high ratings as a roof installer with GAF, the manufacturer. What I didn't realize was that days after signing the contract, I was contacted by a third party who actually was hired by Reve to do the work. While I feel that the work itself was adequate, I felt very much duped by Reve for claiming that their company was the only one in Idaho rated highly by GAF. I had two lower estimated, but chose them because of their slick sales approach. Beware!

Kent Shannon was amazingly detailed in his explanation on why Reve Exteriors is the best, and helped us with financing as well. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful to us, and we cannot wait for our new siding to be on our house in a month! Thank you Kent, and thank you Reve Exteriors for hiring such an excellent staff!

We were very impressed with Scott Harris and Brandon at Reve Exteriors right from the get go when they came out to our home. They were very informative and professional, they showed us samples of the windows we were purchasing to look at and feel prior to ordering. I would definitely refer anyone that I know is looking to have BEAUTIFUL new windows put in to them. Their Customer Service is very good. Purchasing these windows was the best improvement we did to our home. The installer was very kind and did an amazing job as well.

Depending on the sales person that gets sent out, the experience can be phenomenal. As a young female (22) looking to remodel a house, sometimes it is hard for me to get people to take me seriously when it comes to my home remodeling projects. People try to sell me what they think is in my budget or what they think should be done to my home. The first man they sent to my house was very high pressure sales and would not give me a quote for what I wanted, which was siding. He was giving me a quote for the roof which he assumed I needed more (and would be more affordable for me). I didn't call him back, but the customer service called me about a month later to let me know they had some good siding specials and offered to send a different person out to my home. They sent Scott Harris, a young professional like myself who was easy going and easy to talk to. He got me a great deal on the siding of my dreams and there was no high pressure. He was at my house for a couple hours while I worked through my budget to make my decision and was very patient the entire time. I appreciated the fact that he saw me as a person and not as a "girl". After my first experience and after another experience with a different company, it was refreshing to be taken seriously as a well-educated person. Scott Harris is a wonderful individual to work with and when I do need a roof, I will go back to him to get one. If they had sent him out the first time, I would give the company a 5 star review. Although the work hasn't been done on my house yet, I presume that it will be of good quality, but will update my review if it's not. The work will be done around November of 2016.
