Write a ReviewHad some difficulties with the amount of time it took to complete the project. Part of the reason for this was the extreme amount of work needed in our city because of hail damage. The roof is beautiful.

Signed the contracts and loan paperwork in September of 2017. STILL waiting for the job to be complete. Windows took forever to arrive and one had a broken glass. Windows did not have the full screen that I paid for. Broken glass replaced finally last week. Still waiting on the screens. Yup 1 FEBUARY 2018! REVE is a organization that sub-contacts everything out to local contractors. REVE communication to said contractors appears to be just as bad as their communication to the customer. Initial the window and roof sales people told me that all this work would be done before November. I told them before I signed anything that I could wait until spring if they JOBS were not going to be complete by then. They both told me that they would be done! NOPE roof was put on 10 - 13 NOVEMBER which meant the contractor had to deal with an Ice covered roof. Windows went in DAMAGED in December. Constant calling them to get status. Had so many different supposed dedicated customer service reps.... Seems they all either got fired every 2 or 3 weeks or quit. Not sure which? Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
Reve was wonderful to work with! Kent Shannon took amazing care of us and our property. Every wrench that was thrown into the experience was handled graciously and professionally. Every question was answered quickly and gave us comfort in the amount of knowledge provided. We highly recommend this company and Kent especially!!

Sales team is great and helps put you at ease through the process. Customer service and resolution to issues is painstaking!! No communication between sales rep and construction crew. When inquiries or communication needed the sales guy would just state-"tell the crew". For the money spent we did not want to "tell the crew" anything and expected sales guy to rise to the occasion since he wrote up bid and was in our home helping going through details of the job...Our air conditioning line was cut killing our air conditioner on the hottest day of summer in July 2016. We got an apology after calling customer service for over a week. Finally emailed sales guy copies and was going to take care of it....Kept up with customer service and providing copy of receipt and inquiries for status took weeks. Received reimbursement for the cut line for AC in December 2016. Rain this last week was beautiful. Our gutters for a year leak and are worst than the ones on the house for 20 years we replaced. Disappointed with the gutters and tons of regret. Roof is beautiful and seems to do what it needs to! Hoping if ever need to use the warranty it won't be as painful an experience as it was to get things done in other areas.
The salesman was great and we felt really good about choosing them. The work was done efficiently. Several things happened at the install that were troublesome and we wanted to discuss it with the company, but no one will return our calls. The attic fan that vents hot air from the attic was removed and thrown away, and several strips of the roof were left open as a new style of venting, much to our dismay. We were not asked if this would be OK. Tarps were laid by the side of the house and many stalks of flowers were destroyed. My dad grows these flowers to sell to local florists. He just wants an apology or acknowledgement of the problem. A lot of bent nails were found around the yard and driveway. These are all things that needed to be acknowledged by the company but no return call. We have given up, and we will not be suggesting them to our neighbors. Several have asked and gone with other installers after hearing our story.
The sales team was very professional. We are looking forward to our new 50yr roof.
Geoff Buckendorf inspected my roof and was very informative and told me exactly what will be needed to replace/repair. He was very professional and highly knowledgeable of the project at hand. The price is a little more than I expected but Geoff was able to get me some decent discounts and excellent warranty. Looking forward to seeing the finished product!
