Dimmer's Precision Grading

Outstanding customer service. Excellent communicator. Kept me informed about when he was available and actually offered to come a few days early since he finished another job. The job was to level a 30x40 area so I could install a large wooden swing set. There was about a 20" drop from front to back. He cut the back and filled the front so he didn't have to bring in any new fill or haul any away. This saved a lot of money. When he was done it was within a 1/2". He made sure by checking it with a rotating laser. He has new and well maintained equipment and state of the art tools. I've been in construction for 40 years. Believe me, this guy knows his stufff.

Great Experience. Energetic young man that arrived on time and was excellent with his coordination of razing the structure and having the debris picked up immediately. Great logistics! Already neighbors have commented how great the area looks and Property Manager has added him to our list of vendors.

Highly recommend. We had Dimmer's clear extremely thick brush/wooded area on our property. I could not be happier with the results as well as the overall experience. They demonstrated strong work ethic and integrity which is so rare these days. I will be using Dimmer's for all of my future projects.

This is my second time using Dimmer's Precision Grading. They removed 9 pine trees to give me more back yard. I plan to use them for leveling my backyard and putting me a wall retainer up. That how great their work is.

I canâ t say enough about Dimmers PG. We have had very bad luck with contractors this last year, so we were a little leery. After first meeting Brandon, all of our worries subsided. He listened to what we wanted, and gave us a VERY reasonable price for quite a bit of work, which included: Lining the gravel driveway with RR ties, and adding more gravel. Grading the yard and installing drainage to keep the yard from flooding. Installing a border between the grass and natural beach. And Tearing out all the old foundation landscaping. They were all dependable, respectful, and went above and beyond to take care of our issues. I strongly recommend Dimmers! Will be using them again.
